I've since re-processed it using photoshop rather than just trying to do it all in Apple's Aperture. Rather than having the clothes merge into the background, I've managed to retain the detail. All done with dodge and burn.

Nice portrait and the processing is quite effective. Had a look at your website. Its laid out well and loads quickly which to me are the most important. I think you could charge a bit more for your shots though and offer a bigger variety of print sizes.
nathan hulse: HI Stan, thanks for your comments on the picture. Re my website, I'm please you like the layout. I'm not really intending to sell pictures through, I keep meaning to take the option off, I just put it there to see how it worked. Should I consider selling, I will add more options change prices accordingly.
